Privacy Policy
This policy explains what MiCoB does with the personal details you send through this website, who processes them on our behalf, how long we keep them, and the rights you have over them. It applies to the enquiry form — the only place on this site where we collect personal data.
Who is responsible for your data
MiCoB Private Limited (CIN U74999HR2018PTC074716), incorporated in 2018, is the Data Fiduciary responsible for personal data collected through micob.in. Our corporate office is at C-906, Ganesh Glory 11, Jagatpur Road, Gota, Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India — 382481.
For any question about this policy or about your data, write to info@micob.in, addressed to the Grievance Officer, or call +91 878 037 9232.
What we collect, and why
We collect only what you type into the enquiry form. Depending on the enquiry route you choose, that is your name, organisation, email address, phone number, and details of your requirement — project type, location, approximate built area, intended application, timeline, design stage, department, topic of interest and your message.
Alongside it we record the page you submitted from, the date and time, and the fact and wording of the consent you gave. All of it serves one purpose: to understand your enquiry and respond to it. If you also opt in to updates, we use your email address to send occasional news about MiCoB's work — a separate choice you can decline while still sending an enquiry.
This site sets no cookies of its own, runs no analytics, and does not track you between visits or across other websites. We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it for anyone else's marketing.
Consent and your choices
We process your enquiry on the basis of the consent you give when you submit the form. The consent box is never pre-ticked, and the enquiry is not sent unless you tick it. Consent to be answered is kept separate from consent to receive updates, and you can give one without the other.
You can withdraw either consent at any time by writing to info@micob.in. Withdrawing consent stops any further use of your details from that point; it does not undo processing that already took place while your consent was in force.
Who processes it on our behalf
Enquiries submitted here are received by a Google Apps Script service running under MiCoB's Google account, which records them in a Google Sheet — and, where configured, in a Google Form — and notifies our team by email. Google therefore stores and processes this data as our service provider, on infrastructure it operates. No other third party receives your enquiry.
Where spam protection is enabled on the form, Google reCAPTCHA runs when you submit it, and Google's own Privacy Policy and Terms of Service apply to that check. reCAPTCHA is loaded only at the moment of submission, so it does not run for visitors who simply read the site.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry records for 24 months after our last correspondence with you, so that a conversation can be picked up where it left off and so that the consent under which we held your details remains on record. Where an enquiry becomes a contract, the related records are kept for as long as the law requires business and tax records to be retained.
After that period the enquiry is deleted from our register. If you ask us to erase your details sooner, we will do so unless we are required to keep them by law.
Your rights
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you have the right to ask what personal data of yours we hold and how it has been processed; to have inaccurate or incomplete data corrected or completed; to have your data erased; to withdraw consent; and to nominate someone to exercise these rights on your behalf if you are unable to.
You also have the right to have a grievance addressed. Write to info@micob.in, addressed to the Grievance Officer, and we will respond. If our response does not satisfy you, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India. If you are in the European Union or the United Kingdom, the equivalent rights under the GDPR apply to the data you have sent us, and you may complain to your national supervisory authority.
Security and children
Enquiry data is held in MiCoB's Google account and is available only to the team members who handle enquiries. The form is served over HTTPS, submissions are validated before they are recorded, and repeat submissions from the same address are rate-limited.
This site is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has sent us details, write to info@micob.in and we will delete them.
Changes to this policy
If we change what we collect, why we collect it, or who processes it, we will update this page and the consent wording shown on the form. Each version of that wording is dated and recorded against the enquiries taken under it, so what you agreed to stays identifiable even after the wording changes.
This version is effective from 19 August 2026.
