Hospitality projects benefit from memorable built form, but complex curves and bespoke room shapes can become expensive in conventional construction.

With 3D concrete printing, geometry comes from a digital model, so repeatable custom forms can be manufactured without creating one-off moulds for every variation.

MiCoB delivered a 12,000 sq. ft. 3D-printed resort at Nagoa Beach, Diu. The project demonstrates the use of construction-scale 3DCP in a commercial hospitality asset rather than a demonstration structure.
