3D-Printed Resort at Nagoa Beach, Diu

MiCoB delivered a 12,000 sq. ft. 3D-printed resort at Nagoa Beach, Diu, demonstrating the commercial application of construction-scale 3D concrete printing in hospitality. The completed development brings together digitally manufactured building elements with the functional and architectural requirements of a resort environment.

Key project features

  • 12,000 sq. ft. hospitality development
  • Construction-scale 3D concrete printing
  • Multiple resort units delivered as part of one development
  • Commercially operational hospitality asset

Project story

The project was conceived as a functional hospitality development rather than a demonstration structure. MiCoB applied its 3D concrete printing capabilities to deliver repeatable building forms across the resort while coordinating the printed construction with the wider architectural and services requirements.

Completed in 2024, the project shows how 3D concrete printing can support larger built-up areas and customer-facing applications where execution quality, visual consistency and long-term usability are important.
