G+2 Sailor Accommodation, Visakhapatnam
MiCoB delivered a 6,500 sq. ft. G+2 sailor accommodation facility in Visakhapatnam for the Indian Navy through Mahamaruti Construction. The project demonstrates the use of 3D concrete printing for multi-storey institutional accommodation at a scale substantially larger than single-unit pilot structures.

Project story
The project required a multi-level building solution suitable for an institutional accommodation use case. MiCoB applied its integrated design-to-print workflow to deliver the printed construction while coordinating the system with the structural and functional requirements of a G+2 facility.
Its scale and building height make the project an important reference for the deployment of 3D concrete printing in larger defence accommodation projects.
